A nuclear reactor overheats, then explodes. A portion of a piece of land is contaminated and evacuated. But the worst has not yet happened: the loss of an entire state. A whole culture, a language spoken only there gone in a flash. This country is Luxembourg, threatened by a nuclear power plant on its border.
